Cookie policy
Last updated: 4 September 2026
Short version: this site loads no analytics or advertising cookie until you accept it. If you reject, no Google, Microsoft or Meta script is ever fetched. The only cookie stored in that case is the one remembering that you said no.
1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. It remembers information between pages or between visits: from your choice about this very notice to whether you had been here before. The same heading covers equivalent technologies such as tracking pixels.
Cookie use in Spain is governed by Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) and by the Spanish Data Protection Agency's cookie guidance.
2. Who uses them
The site owner is Pau Ferrer Ponseti (tax ID ES416027737M), registered at Carrer de Torroella, 2, 1A, 17200 Palafrugell, Girona, España, email pau@ferrerponseti.com. The third-party cookies below are set by their respective providers, acting as controllers or joint controllers for that processing.
3. Cookies this site uses
Strictly necessary (exempt from consent)
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| fp_consent | ferrerponseti.com (first party) | Stores your cookie choice so you are not asked again on every page | 12 months |

| _clck | Microsoft Clarity | Persists the Clarity user identifier across visits | 1 year |
| _clsk | Microsoft Clarity | Groups the pages you view in a row into one session | 1 day |
| CLID | Microsoft Clarity (clarity.ms) | Identifies the first time Clarity sees your browser | 1 year |
Advertising and marketing (only if you accept)
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| _gcl_au | Google Ads | Attributes a conversion (a form submission, say) to the ad that caused it | 90 days |
| _fbp | Meta (Facebook and Instagram) | Identifies the browser to measure campaigns and build remarketing audiences | 90 days |
| _fbc | Meta (Facebook and Instagram) | Stores the click identifier of the Meta ad that brought you here | 90 days |
Providers may add or rename cookies. When I spot a change, I update this table and the revision date of the page.
4. Managing your preferences
On your first visit a notice appears with three options: accept all, reject all, or configure by category. Rejecting is as easy as accepting and limits no site functionality.
You can change your mind any time from here:
You can also block or delete cookies from your browser, though that affects every site you visit:
5. What happens if you reject
Nothing, from your side: the site works the same. From mine, I lose the aggregated picture of which content is useful and which campaigns work. Fair price for you deciding.
6. Personal data and transfers
Analytics and advertising cookies involve processing of personal data (identifiers and IP address) by Google, Microsoft and Meta, with transfers to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Purposes, retention and rights are detailed in the Privacy policy, and general terms of use in the Legal notice.
